Legends of the Damned is a massive campaign box expansion for Heroes of the Sanctum: The Strategy Card Game™, introducing the Quest Deck system, where every choice shapes the unfolding story. Play through three epic chapters with a branching narrative leading to seven possible endings. Face new threats, contend with Proximity Lines, claim enhanced Sanctum Banners, and wield Advanced Loot to strengthen your heroes. Recruit four new Remnant Companions, unlock powerful Traits through your choices, and shape the fate of the Remnant—and the realm itself. Many of these new features can also be used in standalone Quests, expanding replayability like never before!

Is This A Standalone Game?
No. This expansion requires the Heroes of the Sanctum: The Strategy Card Game™ core set.
Does This Work With Multiplayer And Epic Expansions?
Of course! The Legends of the Damned expansion works with the Standalone Quests from all expansions and game modes!
What Upgrades Do Heroes Keep Across Quests?
In this campaign, players select 4 heroes and a difficulty mode for the entire duration. Across the 3 chapters, as long as a hero is not defeated, they get to keep any attached Loot, Sanctum Banner and their Advanced status. Traits are always retained.
If 2 heroes are defeated before the end of a chapter, they are revived by the other 2 heroes but lose their attached Loot, advanced status and any enhanced Sanctum Banner they may have.
When Will The Legends of the Damned Expansion Be Released?
The Legends of the Damned Expansion will be available as an optional add-on during the Kickstarter launch of Heroes of the Sanctum Season 2 on April 29th, 2025.
